Derek and Brian, brothers and real estate partners have over 1,000 transactions since 2006, making the Sandgren Real Estate Group one of the highest producing teams to sell your house fast in Yuba City, CA.

When not representing clients, the Sandgren Real Estate Group have purchased, remodeled, and re-sold 500 properties and counting. They own an extensive rental portfolio, consisting of residential, multi-family, and commercial assets. These experiences have allowed them to create lasting contacts with local contractors and service providers, that they can recommend to clients.

Derek Sandgren

Derek Sandgren is half of the Sandgren Real Estate Group. He currently lives in Yuba City, CA with his wife, Sara, and two daughters, Claire and Avery. Derek was born and raised in the Yuba-Sutter area. His parents were local developers and taught him the value of hard work. Derek graduated from Marysville High School and the University of Pacific (UOP), with degrees in Electrical Engineering and Engineering Management.

Brian Sandgren

Brian Sandgren is half of The Sandgren Real Estate Group. He currently resides in Yuba City, CA with his wife and two daughters. Brian was born and raised in the Yuba-Sutter area and grew up around the local real estate industry. His parents were local developers and inspired Brian to choose a career in real estate. Brian is a graduate of Marysville High School and the University of Pacific (UOP), where he obtained a degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Real Estate.
